U17@Peru: Players for Peru match

Trujillo, September 16, GNA - Mr David Duncan, head coach of the Ghana's Black Starlets on Thursday released the names of the twenty players and their respective clubs in Ghana ready do battle in Peru at the youth tournament.


The coach made the names available to the GNA Sports after their final training against their Friday encounter with the host nation in Trujillo.


The list of the players are made up of, (1) Ernest Sowah {Soccer Missionaries} goal keeper, (2) Emmanuel Adjetey, Defender {AshGold}, (3) Razak Salifu, striker {Mamobi Midtyland}, (4) James Tagoe, defender {Chance for Children}, (5) Ernest Danso, defender {Nania FC}, (6) David Telfer, midfield {AshGold} and (7) Mubarak Wakaso, Defender {AshGold}.

The rest are (8) Samed Opong, midfield {Corners Babies}, (9) Opoku Agyeman, striker {AshGold}, (10) Sadat Bukari, striker {Heart of Lions} and (11) Jonathan Quartey, utility {Heart of Lions}, (12) Emmanuel Ansong, defender {Captain}, {Great Olympics}, (13) Francis Sagbey, utility {Inter Allieds}, (14) Anthony Adarkwa, striker {Nungua United}, (15) Abubakar Abudu, striker {State Envoys}, (16) Seth Obodei, Goalkeeper {Winneba Academy}, (17) Charles Boateng, midfield {Nania FC}, (18) George Appiah, midfield {Liberty Professionals}, (19) Nana Bonsu, Goalkeeper {Satuna FC} and Ernest Asante, midfield {Feyenoord Academy}.


Mr. Duncan said it was premature to release the line up before the match but added that the final line up would be ready a few hours to the titanic opening game of the Starlets.
