Union Berlin have penciled German-born Ghanaian Christopher Avevor as a potential summer signing, Goal Ghana understands.
The Hannover 96-owned player spent the just ended season at St. Pauli where he played 28 games during the season.
The German Bundesliga II side’s new coach Norbert Duwel is aware of the imminent departure of left-back Simon Terodde and wants Avevor to replace him.
The 22-year-old has featured for all the German junior national teams but is yet to get a senior team call-up.
He may go for a fee around two million Euros.
