Premier League side Inter-Allies have intensified their training ahead of the second round of the season.
The Tema-based Club resumed training after a six-day break at the end of the first half of the season.
Coach Jimmy Cobblah took his boys through some work outs session and drills as they look forward to escape relegation.
The “eleven is to one” lads finished 13th on the log sheet at the end of the first round.
Inter-Allies will commence the second round with a game against Sekondi Hasaacas at the Tema Park on June 26.
