Vipers reap goal harvest in spanking Liberty Rainbow

Cape Coast, Aug. 20, GNA - Cape Coast Venomous Vipers reaped a goal harvest when they spanked Cape Coast Liberty Rainbow F/C 5-0 in their Central Region Division Two League match played at the Robert Mensah stadium on Tuesday. Vipers who outplayed Liberty Rainbow in all departments of the game, led 2-0 at the end of the first half.

On resumption of the second half, Vipers again took absolute control of the game and scored three more goals through Eric Arhin, John Eshun and Joseph Edekor to seal the doom of their opponents.

Results of other matches were, Nsamka F/C pipped Effutu Citrus Professionals 1-0, Abreshia United beat Agona Shalom F/C 1-0 with Jukwa Surowi United also beating, Adisadel Great Astronomers 1-0. The others were Schalka 04' were whipped 0-3 by Kingdom FC, Youngsters F/C beat Kampside F/C 3-2 with Saltpond Mighty Victory losing 0-2 to Nkwabs Professionals.
