Defender Isaac Vorsah has handed Ghana a major boost for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations after making a quicker-than-expected return from injury.
The 24-year-old, who plays for Austrian giants Salzburg, returned to action on Sunday when they drew 0-0 with Austria Wien in league action.
The centre has been on the sides since suffering a hamstring injury while training with his club last month.
He was expected to return to action later on this month after been ruled out of action for six weeks but he made a quick return to be considered for the weekend’s game.

His return will be a welcoming news to Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah who is yet to settle on a final 23-man squad for next January’s finals in South Africa.
Vorsah is considered as one of the key players for the Black Stars as they prepapre for the tournament to be played in South Africa.
