Watford chase striker Mahatma Otoo

English club Watford are reportedly interested in signing Ghana striker Mahatma Otoo before the transfer window shuts.

The returned English Premier League side are looking to strengthen their striking department with the signing of the Ghanaian from Norwegian club Sogndal.

Otoo is also said to be tracked by clubs in Germany as he continues to play his role in helping Sogndal win promotion back into the English top flight.

The former captain of Hearts of Oak has scored seven league goals this season for Sogndal who are currently seven points clear at the top of the Norwegian second tier league.
