West Bromwich Albion have made a £9m offer for Leicester City defender Jeffrey Schlupp.
According to ?The Telegraph, manager Tony Pulis has identified Schlupp as a key target - and the ideal candidate for the left-back slot.
The Baggies will test the resolve of the Foxes who reluctantly accepted a £32m bid from Chelsea for star midfielder N'Golo Kante.
Schlupp has been key for Leicester since joining them in 2010 and played there until their promotion to the Premier League in 2014.
Last season, the 23-year-old made 24 appearances as Leicester defied all odds to win the Premier League.
