Wolverhampton Wanderers may be looking to negotiate a loan deal for Olympique Marseille's Ghana starlet Jordan Ayew.
According to The Mirror the English Premiership side boss Mick McCarthy wants to take a closer, extended look at the son of the Ghana football legend and European Cup winner Abedi Pele before making a commitment.
According to media reports Jordan, who happens to be the third son from the football dynasty, showed glimpses of his brilliance when he featured for the French giants before the winter break.
He made his debut for the senior team on December 16 in a league match, scoring the equaliser against Lorient in a 2-1 win.
Ayew's three-year contract with Marseille will expire in 2012.
