Aduana Stars forward Yahaya Mohammed reinforced his determination to lift the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League goal king insisting this is the time.
According to the former Asante Kotoko and Tema Youth striker, since he converted as a striker in 2013, this season has offered him a great opportunity to emerge the king of goals in the country's elite league.
"I was fully converted to be a striker in 2013 and have since been pushing hard. This is the time I think I must win the goal king and I'll fight for it," Yahaya told Nhyira FM.
"So my major objective is to keep scoring week-in week-out to emerge the goal king and I am fully convinced that I can lift the goal king trophy," he added.
Yahaya is currently wrestling with Liberty Professionals youngster Latif Blessing for the goal king as both are pegged on 13 goals each with eight matches to end the season.
