Hearts midfielder Laryea Kingston will be available for Saturday's Edinburgh derby as no date has been set for his appeal against a three-match ban for insulting referee Steve Conroy.

Kingston received the ban from the Scottish Football Association last week but launched an appeal that allowed him to play in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Aberdeen.

The SFA are still exploring possible dates for his appeal hearing, freeing him to play when Hibernian visit Tynecastle. The Ghana midfielder was found guilty of using "offensive, insulting and abusive language" after accusing Conroy of racism when the referee sent him off during a 1-0 defeat by Aberdeen in March.

Meanwhile, the SFA have not received appeals from Scott Wilson or Scott McDonald following their dismissals in Dunfermline's 4-1 victory over Motherwell on Monday.

Well striker McDonald was sent off for a rash challenge on Scott Muirhead and is set to miss his side's crucial Bank of Scotland Premier League clash against St Mirren.

Dunfermline defender Wilson was ordered off for a contentious professional foul.
