For the first time in competitive soccer two of Ghana's current top midfielders and best buddies will be facing each other

Sulley Muntari's Portsmouth have lost eight times out of eight in the Premier League to Chelsea and scored just one goal against Micheal Essien's side but manager Harry Redknapp insists they should relish their visit to Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Chelsea are also the only team in the top flight who can boast a 100% record against Pompey since Redknapp's team won promotion four years ago.

Record buy Muntari is back in midfield following a one-match ban after being sent off against Manchester United and hopes to lock horns with Ghana team-mate Essien in midfield.

The manager said: "He's a big plus for us but he can be aggressive without picking up cards every week. He had three reds in Italy last season, too many, and hopefully he'll realise that in England he's got to be more careful.

"All the big midfield players in the country, like Lampard, Essien, Steven Gerrard can all get stuck in but you don't see them getting sent off every week and Sulley has got to learn from that."
