Accra, Sept. 29, GNA - The management of Division Two League campaigners, Pamalat Pure Joy FC has embarked on a special exercise aimed at mobilising supporters for the Club.

The move is to ensure that the Club gets enough support in its bid to qualify for the National Division One League. Mr Isaac Tetteh, Chief Executive Officer of the Club told GNA Sports in Accra that plans have been put in place to form similar supporter's body in other parts of Accra and Kumasi. Pure Joy FC is currently participating in the ongoing Division Two Middle League in which they drew their first game against Shelter Force at the Nania Park last Sunday.

Meanwhile the management of the Club has so far inaugurated seven groups of supporters at Prampram in the Dagme West District of the Greater Accra Region - the home venue of the Club. According to Mr Tetteh, members of the supporter's groups are expected to be given membership cards by the close of the year and called on the supporters to make financial contributions towards the development of the Club.

Mr Tetteh said that management of the Club are keen on expanding the support base of the Club in a bid to enhance their performance on the pitch. The Chief Executive, however, expressed optimism and hope of the Club securing a place in the next National Division One League. Mr Tetteh advised the youth in the community to stay away from all forms of anti-social vices and rather concentrate on their education and engage in sporting events to secure their future livelihood.
