Officials for Sunday's league matches

The Ghana Football Association has released names of referees for the opening matches of this years national premier league scheduled to kick off on Sunday May 11 at all the league centres across the country.

The list which was made available to the GNA Sports indicated that Liberty Professionals' home game against Accra Hearts Of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, May 10, would be handled by Tema based referee CM Atsatsa and he would be assisted by D.Y. Asare and J Obuobisa all from Tema, with Colonel DSK Amengor of Accra as the match commissioner.

At Sekondi, Christiana Tetteh would be assisted by her fellow Mamnpong based referees J. Abunyewa and Brefo Takyiakwa in the match involving Sekondi Hasaacas and Tano Bofoakwa with Ewudzie Sagoe of Cape Coast as the match commissioner.

Referee J. Wellington of Accra, would be in the middle of the action between Real Tamale United (RTU) and Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Bolgatanga stadium, with two other Accra based referees, A.S.K. Annor and JK Montford assisting him. Oscar Darko would the match commissioner.

The between Obuasi Goldfields and Berekum Arsenal at the Len Clay Stadium would be controlled by Essel Walker in the middle with Robert Aggrey and Abasss Gyimah all from Cape Coast with A.P. Agbovi as the match commissioner.

Referee Buckman Yanney of Cape Coast would in the centre in the match between King Faisal and newly promoted Heart Of Lions at the Kumasi Sports Stadium and would be assisted by Winneba based V.R. Owusu and M.D. Arthur of Cape Coast. Anthony Danso would be the match commissioner.

At Sunyani Coronation Park where BA United would lock horns with Mine Stars, referee G.K. Manu and assistants EK Aboagye and K. Amaniapong all from Kumasi would take care of the proceedings, while Stephen Kpen of Wa would be the match commissioner.

After almost two years of closure to the premier league, the Tema Sports Stadium would see its first premier league match involving newly promoted Stay Cool Professionals and Okwawu United and the match would be handled Gyan Otoo of Takoradi.

S.K. Baah of Tarkwa and Cosmos Obeng of Asnkragwa would assist him and the match commissioner would be J.K. Boateng.

At the nations Wembley, Referee Osei Nsiah would be assisted by F.E. Odoi and Akwasi Appiah all of Kumasi in the match between Accra Great Olympics and Power, while C.C. Anderson would be the match commissioner.
