Accra, July 10, GNA-Accra Hearts of Oak have finally registered Lawrence Adjei, a former Kumasi Asante Kotoko player but now declared floating by the GFA, for the 2003 premier league.
Information gathered by the GNA Sports from the secretariat of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) revealed that the player's registration process was concluded last Wednesday.
Adjei is now free to play for the defending league champions after a long struggle with his former club in the boardroom over his status. The player is expected to feature for Hearts on Sunday against Olympics in the eighth week Kinapharma Premier league at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Status Committee of the GFA last month declared Adjei a floating player.
