Three Ghanainans play in clubs that are ranked in the top 20 in the world. Stephen Appiah plays for Italian champions, Juventus, who are ranked sixth. According to the International Federation of Football History and Statistics, Milan are the best club in the world right now. The Rossoneri retain their top spot in the latest Iffhs rankings despite a stuttering start to the Champions’ League campaign.
