Aduana Stars were given a lifeline in their Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) Confederations Cup group game, at home to Moroccan side Raja Cassablanca with a late minute strike from substitute Nathaniel Asamoah to end the match in a 3-3 draw.
The Ghanaian champions suffered an early upset in the game as Casablanca forward Mahmoud Bentaleib put his side into the lead as early as the 10th minute.
Aduana's Congolese import Oba Ikama Ulitch equalised in the 21st minute. However, the visitors shot themselves into the lead for the second time before the recess with a strike from another Congolese, Lema Mabidi Chikito.
The 'Ogya Boys' kept on with the pressure on the opponents in the second half until right back Caleb Amankwah connected onto a corner kick to pull even for his side just three minutes into the second half.
The stubborn visitors then broke on a counter and punished Aduana for their defensive lapses with Mahmoud Bentaleib getting his second on the day.
The home team missed quite a number of goal scoring opportunities before Nathaniel Asamoah got the needed equalizer in the 93rd minute.
The results means Aduana Stars have picked just one point from their two games so far in the group.
