Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Asante Kotoko George Amoako says all employees of the club, in particular coach Paa Kwesi Fabin are on probation.
The experienced administrator has returned to the club as the head of a newly constituted management team.
Amoako and his new management are currently evaluating all departments of the club and says all employees need to justify their retention including coach Paa Kwesi Fabin.
“For now, I cannot say whether he [Paa Kwesi Fabin] is doing it or not,” he told FootballmadeinGhana.com in an exclusive interview.
“We need to draw a comprehensive program and see whether he can carry the mantle moving forward.
“For now, how I see it, everyone is under evaluation because I have said that we need to make changes to ensure that we move forward.
“If you keep the status quo, you might not have things changed for the better.”
George Amoako and 10 others were appointed as the new management team of Asante Kotoko by Executive Chairman Dr. Kwame Kyei on Monday night.
