Ghanaian midfielder Alhassan Wakaso excelled for Vitoria Guimaraes as they rallied back from a 2-0 down to beat FC Porto in the Portugal Liga NOS on Saturday.
Wakaso started the match shakingy after he was booked for a reckless challenge in the 9th minute.
FC Porto came into the game strongly from there and they deservedly shot into the lead through Algeria striker Yacine Brahimi in the 37th minute.
Portuguese midfielder Andre Pereira doubled the hosts advantage on the strike of half time with a cool strike on the edge of the area.
However, the visitors came back from recess with the aim of getting something out of the match, and Andre halved the deficit in the 63rd minute.
Toze, who replaced the injured Joseph Amoah in the first half leveled the score line for the visitors before Davidson remarkably win the game for Vitoria Guimaraes in the 87th minute from a goal-mouth melee strike.
Wakaso lasted full throttle for Guimaraes.
