Andre Ayew and his younger brother Jordan Ayew featured but their contributions were not enough as Swansea dropped into the relegation zone following a 1-0 loss to Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon.
The two lasted the entire duration of the game which Swansea needed to win to all but ensure their safety.
A training ground routine caught the Swanoff-guardrd on 37 minutes. Andrew Surman rolled his free-kick across the edge of the box to Fraser, who curled a beautiful right-footed effort past Lukasz Fabianski.
The Swans fought hard for an equalizer but to no avail. However, Jordan will be having nightmares after he fired over with the goal at his mercy in the first-half. Things could have been very different if that hit the back of the net.
The Welsh-based club must now pick full spoils in their remaining two home games against relegation threatened Southampton and relegated Stoke City to stay up.
