Ghanaian musician and actor Zack GH has officially embraced a new identity, rebranding as Sarawtah as he prepares to enter a new chapter of his career. The multi-talented entertainer is set to release his next single, “Ohianiba,” on October 2, 2026, marking his first major musical release under the new stage name.

Speaking exclusively to the lead blogger of Frimpzy Media Group, GhFrimpzy, Sarawtah revealed that the name change is connected to what he describes as a long-standing prophecy. According to him, a powerful man of God told him several years ago that the name he was using at the time, Zack, would eventually change and that he would experience a major takeover after the change. Although the prophecy stayed with him, Sarawtah admitted that he did not initially take it seriously because he had already built a strong identity around the Zack GH brand.

Interestingly, Sarawtah said his father had also made a statement that was similar to what the prophet had told him. Despite the two separate indications, he still did not consider changing his name at the time. He explained that Zack GH had become a long established brand, making the idea of completely walking away from the name seem difficult and almost unnecessary.

The turning point came after a recent movie appearance in which he was cast under the character name Sarawtah. Following the release of the movie, his scenes and the character itself gained significant attention across social media, with fans repeatedly referring to him as Sarawtah. The name gradually began to stick, and what initially appeared to be simply a character name started taking on a much bigger meaning for the entertainer.

Sarawtah eventually recognized the connection between the name’s growing popularity and the earlier words spoken to him years ago. Rather than treating it as just a role name from a movie, he decided to officially adopt Sarawtah as his new stage name, effectively beginning a fresh chapter in both his acting and music career.
