The cover of Inpath Technologies Ghana, a company that prides itself of 30-year industry experience by providing expertise across government-to-citizen transformation projects, enterprise business digitalization, and technology consulting services is set to be blown.

Details of classified documents and the modus operandi of the company in concert with managers of some state agencies that have used its services over the years, have resulted in revenue leakages to the state even as the government trumpets its digitalization agenda.

The company that provides Information Technology(IT) consultancy services to the to some state agencies is alleged to be neck-deep in the alleged shady deals bringing to question the credibility of its services with the latest discovery.

It has also been established that the company provided some services to the All African Games which ended in controversy and yet it is said to be eyeing a bigger gig with the Bank of Ghana(BoG).

A private citizen who is set to petition the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) and Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) indicates that he wants investigations into launched into its dealings with state agencies.

“Those documents are showed you will be attached to my petition to the Office of the Special Prosecutor and the Economic and Organised Crime Office(EOCO) to thoroughly investigate the company’s dealings with state agencies. I think there are more issues to unearth than meet the eye”, the petitioner who pleaded strict anonymity disclosed”

According to him, a number of Civil Society Organisations will be drawn into the matter if necessary to demand proper accountability in the matter.
