The Executives of the Ghana Gas Senior Staff Association have expressed commitment and support for vision of the Acting CEO of Ghana National Gas Limited Company, Ing. Dr Robert Kofi Lartey.
This was expressed during the Acting CEO’s first meeting with the executives of the Ghana Gas Senior Staff Association (GGSSA) as part of scheduled engagements with strategic stakeholders of the Company.
The Ag. CEO expressed appreciation to the executives of the GGSSA for their continuous support for his nomination, leadership and the objectives of the Company.
The Senior Staff Association is a crucial stakeholder in minimizing losses across the Company's processes, and the Company relies on the professionalism of its members.
Ing. Dr. Robert Kofi Lartey emphasized the importance of prioritizing welfare issues, including:
- Enhancing recreational facilities
- Reviewing collective bargaining agreements
- Improving transportation and logistics
- Revising performance appraisal systems
- Implementing infrastructural projects to boost operational capacity and revenue
