
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MoonTouch Travel Limited, Hajia Radia Adama Saani, has been adjudged Ghana's most outstanding woman in Travel and Tourism Leadership for 2025.
The young and ambitious entrepreneur, who has dedicated the last decade of her career poll to the growth path of her company, and was among top executive women recognised at this year's Ghana Business Women Conference and Awards ceremony held in Accra on Friday 5th December 2025.
Speaking in an interview with journalists, the CEO of MoonTouch Travel Limited Radia Adama Saani described the recognition as timely, motivating and heartwarming.
"This is an incredible event, bringing together women entrepreneurs from 60 countries to promote global networking and collaboration. Although I found myself emerging as winner of the women in Tourism Leadership category, i believe the sky indeed should be the limit as we continue to celebrate our achievements one after the other.
She added "This particular award scheme has played a vital role in empowering women and therefore acknowledging their contributions to Ghana's socio-economic development is not only refreshing but highly positive and i am super proud to have been one of the awardees of this year's edition"
Radia Adama Saani, who appears more determined to change the narrative of the role of African women in the Travel industry, believes the industry requires her expertise and knowledge haven't obtained her diploma, first degree and masters in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry, she has devoted much of her career growth to nurture MoonTouch Travel Limited.
"As an expert in the industry, and multiple award winner, this kind of recognition obviously motivates me to do more and to set the pace for young girls in our country to believe in themselves" she concluded.
