Awulae Blay is a care taker chief and doesn't deserve for this call to government because he's not gazetted, and again being crippled with injunction by Awulae Amihere kpanyinli. Awulae Blay doesn't possess any land of Nzema and therefore can't be Awulae, or King. This initiative is by MP Kofi Buah forgetting his own law that government cannot move with ungazetted chiefs.
