Angry youths storm Ejisu police station, torched it down

An angry group of young people assaulted the local police station in Ejura, Ashanti Region, causing chaos.

Suspects on remand were released by the irate mob, who also set the building on fire. It's still unclear what caused the commotion.

The gang damaged property, overpowered police personnel, and ultimately set the station on fire during the incident.
