Basintale declared that he will not work with businesses that pay less than the minimum wage, underscoring his dedication to upholding fair labor practices.
In order to increase the model's efficacy and provide more long-term employment opportunities for young people nationwide, the CEO of YEA intends to reposition and rebrand the entire model. Basintale reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the minimum wage standard in all contracts and promised to always act in Ghanaians' best interests.
