Collabo with Shatta Wale wouldn’t have been possible if I stayed at Saltpond – Lokal Shock

Fast-rising rapper, Lokal Shock has revealed how moving to stay at Accra has helped him to be friends with Amerado and secured a collabo with Shatta Wale.

The ‘Ebefa remix’ crooner said he might not have been able to connect to get Shatta Wale’s verse on his song if he had stayed in his hometown, Saltpond in the Central Region.

“Shatta Wale didn’t even charge me one cedi to put his verse on my song and I would say it’s all about connection but some people say we should stay in Central Regional we will blow,” he said on Property FM in Cape Coast.

“If I had stayed in Saltpond I wouldn’t have met Shatta Wale and imagine if I would have become friends with Amerado if I was staying at Saltpond.

“So sometimes we mock ourselves because the location and link up is important and you need friends to be connected that’s how life is. Imagine if I was in

“Saltpond and staying in my room like where would I meet Shatta Wale and he wouldn’t come to feature me at my mother’s house so I’m advising everyone,” he added.

“If you get the opportunity to travel to Accra to do music you have to come but it’s very difficult and I have been here for the past 10 years without any of my family members”. He revealed.
