The Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem (K.E.E.A.) constituency's Member of Parliament, Hon. Samuel Atta Mills, has successfully renovated a four-classroom block for the Essaman United School. The school's infrastructure has greatly benefited from this remodeling project, which will also surely enhance the learning environment for the pupils.
In remembrance of the late President John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills, Hon. Dr. J.S. Annan initially constructed the refurbished school block in December 2012. Since then, the school has been meeting the community's educational needs, and this rehabilitation project demonstrates Hon. Samuel Atta Mills' dedication to promoting education in his district.
Speaking to the media about the renovation process, Hon. said that the Municipal Assembly's attempt to update this school block was unsuccessful since they were unable to pay the GHC 250,000 required. He decided to work toward renovating the school block so that it could fulfill its intended function.
Mr. Said, a former MCE for K.E.E.A., advised the people of Essaman and K.E.E.A. to cast their votes in large numbers for Hon. Samuel Atta Mills to win so that he can accomplish more because he has a passion for education.
Mr. Albert Leighton Sencherye, the PTA chairman for Essaman United M/A school, praised the MP for listening to their cries and begged him to ensure the block is kept up properly.
As a member of the National Democratic Congress and a representative of the K.E.E.A. constituency, Hon. Samuel Atta Mills has been working tirelessly to improve the lives of his constituents. His efforts in renovating the Essaman United School are a shining example of his dedication to the community.
