The parliamentary candidate for the Progressive People's Party in Komenda Edina Eguafo-Abrem (KEEA), Emmanuel Kofi Duku, has said that politics is all about links now.
In an interview on Ahomka FM and Ocean 1 TV on Thursday, November 14, 2024, Duku condemned the politicians going about polluting the minds of electorates to vote against some political parties because they have no president in power, past or aspirant.
When asked about his view on that, he stated, "Politics is all about links now, irrespective of who has a president.".
He incited an instance where Dr. Nduom was a Member of Parliament in 2004 without a president in power. Was he having a president at the time? Why then would politicians use that against other aspirants now? he quizzed.
According to Duku, Dr. Nduom at that time worked very well to the expectations of his constituents. "When given the nod on December 7th, I will work with Dr. Nduom, NGOs, and other sectors to enhance development in KEEA without a president," he affirmed.
