Ralph Runs to the Gods in Ridge Hospital Saga as Video of Goat Sacrifice Surfaces

Social media activist Ralph “De Fellow Ghanaian” has taken an unusual spiritual route in his fight for justice following the controversial Ridge Hospital saga.

In a video making rounds online, Ralph is seen alongside traditional priests slaughtering a goat and invoking the gods to reveal the truth surrounding the incident. The move, according to him, is a call for divine intervention after being accused of assaulting a nurse during a chaotic confrontation at the hospital’s emergency unit last week.

Meanwhile, the case has also taken a legal turn. Rejoice Tsotso Bortei, the nurse at the center of the controversy, has filed a civil lawsuit against Ralph, demanding GHS 7 million in damages for alleged physical assault and defamation.

A writ issued by the High Court in Accra, and signed by Acting Chief Justice P. Baffoe-Bonnie, directs Ralph to enter an appearance within eight days. Failure to do so could result in judgment being entered against him in default.

With petitions now before both the shrine and the court, the Ridge Hospital saga has taken on an even more dramatic dimension blurring the lines between spirituality and the law.
