Real MC, appoints Francis Spio(Jungo) as Head Of Donations at, The Show Killa Foundation.

The Show Killa Foundation, a charitable initiative founded by UK-based Ghanaian artiste Real MC, has appointed events executive Francis Spio, popularly known as Jungo, as its Head of Donations.

In this role, he will oversee fundraising, donor engagement, and the mobilization of both cash and in-kind support as the foundation prepares to launch community-centered projects across Ghana and within the diaspora.

Built on the motto “Giving Back to Society,” the foundation reflects Real MC’s personal philosophy of sharing regardless of circumstance. He has described helping others as a natural part of his life, whether he has much or little, he believes in extending a hand to those who need support, with the goal of putting smiles on people’s faces through practical acts of kindness.

Jungo’s appointment brings on board a figure with deep experience in events, corporate relations, and media engagement. Known widely as the CEO of Heritage Promotions, organizers of the Central Music Awards, he has an extensive network that positions him to lead the foundation’s donation and support mobilization with strong transparency and stakeholder trust.

The Show Killa Foundation has already been shaped by Real MC’s record of personal outreach. He recently donated 10 bags of cement to support the ongoing construction of the Kakumdo Children’s Park in the Central Region. Beyond that, he has consistently backed youth and creative talents, including providing support to the Elmina Dance Academy. Real MC also sponsored a category at the Central Music Awards and personally awarded the Best Female Artist, a gesture that further demonstrates his commitment to uplifting young talents in the region.

In his new capacity, Jungo is expected to spearhead fundraising initiatives, establish structured donation systems and align donor support with targeted community needs. Planned initiatives include outreach programs, school support drives, and empowerment-focused projects aimed at assisting vulnerable groups and supporting emerging creatives.
