Highlife musician Kwabena Kwabena of Ghana has expressed his displeasure with the way the recent East Legon accident involving Bishop Salifu Amoako's son was handled.

In an interview on Adom TV, the "Adult Music" singer bemoaned his dissatisfaction with the police and legislators, saying that laws in Ghana appear to be administered differently based on a person's income and rank.

Kwabena Kwabena said it is frightening to witness young people driving carelessly with no repercussions, particularly when footage of their actions is shared online.

He brought up the terrible accident, pointing out that Bishop Amoako's son, who is said to have killed two young girls, shouldn't have been behind the wheel in the first place.

“The young man’s social media has been filled with videos of him driving carelessly, and yet the police have failed to act,” the singer said.

Kwabena Kwabena expressed his frustration, pointing out that the police, who are responsible for monitoring social media activities, did nothing despite the evidence.

“The laws in Ghana only seem to work on the weak and the poor. We need to ensure that juveniles are not driving, and law enforcement must do their job properly,” he said.
