  The family lawyer definitely did nothing wrong. He/she is a representative of the family and an insider and normally would have the consent of the family before issuing an official information. Did you expect everyone to keep quiet and allow the rumours to fester wildly without confirmation? You should also be reminded that Daddy Lumba is not a traditional person or chief, in which case our tradition restricts the official announcement to the chief's Palace and elders.
