Ghana is set to host the Power Energy Ghana Exhibition, the largest showcase of power electrical and energy products and technology in West Africa.

The event will take place from November 6-8, 2024, at the Accra International Conference Center.

Organised by BIG4SURE EVENTS FZCO in collaboration with Wegvoraus Exhibitions and under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Trade and Investment, the exhibition aims to enhance the growth and sustainability of the Ghanaian energy sector. This sector plays a crucial role in the country's economy, particularly through electricity exports.

The exhibition will feature close to 100 exhibitors from countries including India, China, Turkey, Nigeria, the UAE, France, Spain, the UK, and Ghana, along with over 4,000 expected visitors from Ghana and the West African region.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with manufacturers, exporters, and distributors of a wide range of electrical equipment and products, such as transformers, solar panels, batteries, and generators.

A co-located conference will focus on Lighting, Energy Efficiency, and Smart Home Solutions, organized in partnership with the Ghana Electrical Contractors Association.

The conference will feature industry experts and representatives from the Energy Commission, addressing the importance of lighting and smart solutions in infrastructure development.

The exhibition aims to tackle current challenges in power and energy supply in Ghana, aligning with the government's vision for a robust industrial infrastructure that supports export and job creation.

Local companies will have the chance to connect directly with international manufacturers and suppliers through pre-scheduled meetings, facilitating potential collaborations and partnerships.
