The prestigious event took place on December 30, 2025, at the GNAT Hall in Bolgatanga, attracting amazing audience of culture lovers, dignitaries, industry players, supporters and pageant enthusiasts from across the region.

Ayietalie stood tall among brilliant contestants, proving not only her beauty but also her intelligence, poise, and deep knowledge of cultural heritage. Her outstanding performance throughout the night earned her remarkable recognition, sweeping five major category awards, a feat rarely achieved.
She took home the crown along with a whopping GH₵50,000 cash prize plus incentives, making her reign a symbol of empowerment and impact — a goal strongly championed by the organizers and main headline sponsor, Happy Man Bitters.
