Fasetwo Crowned Overall Artiste of the Year at the 6th HMB - Upper East Music Awards: Full List of Winners

The much-anticipated 6th edition of the Happy Man Bitters - Upper East Music Awards was held on January 11, 2025, at the GNAT Hall in Bolgatanga. The event celebrated the remarkable talent and creativity of musicians and industry players in the Upper East Region.

The star of the night was undoubtedly Fasetwo, who made history by becoming the first artiste to win the prestigious Overall Artiste of the Year award twice and consecutively. Known for his versatility as a singer, songwriter, rapper, and producer, Fasetwo further solidified his status as a regional music icon.

Fasetwo’s Awards and Prizes

Fasetwo not only claimed the top honor but also won:

Record of the Year for his hit song “Kasena Boys” featuring Carlblingx Jogo Bu.

Best Collaboration of the Year for “Sabu” featuring Fad Lan.

As part of his rewards, Fasetwo received:

A cash prize of GHC21,000.

Three sets of round-trip Tamale-Accra-Tamale flight tickets for travel between January and December 2025.

Other Big Winners

Rising songstress Saint Chicago won HMB Most Popular Song of the Year with her song “Ba Na Zoe” and was awarded GHC2,000.

Gloria Baby was crowned UE Music Influencer of the Year, earning a cash prize of GHC6,000.

All other winners received GHC1,000 each as part of their awards.
