The recent Mother’s Day outreach organized by the Kalifa Foundation at Ticheli in the Tamale Metropolis has once again highlighted the growing humanitarian efforts of its CEO, Awimbila Benedicta.

Held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, the outreach brought together mothers and families within the community, who benefited from donations including clothes, shoes, bags, feeding bottles, water bottles, and other essential items aimed at supporting their daily needs.
The initiative forms part of the foundation’s broader commitment to community development, women empowerment, and social support for vulnerable groups across Northern Ghana.
Over the years, Awimbila Benedicta has continued to establish herself as a young leader passionate about humanitarian service, youth empowerment, and community transformation. Through the Kalifa Foundation, she has spearheaded several impactful initiatives, including educational support programs, youth empowerment projects, and skills training opportunities for young women.

Beyond her humanitarian work, she also serves as the Executive Director of the Upper East Tertiary Awards (UETA), a platform that recognizes and promotes excellence among tertiary students in the Upper East Region.
Her growing influence in community development, youth leadership, and brand management continues to inspire many young people, particularly women, to embrace leadership, service, and social responsibility.
The recent outreach at Ticheli stands as another reflection of her dedication to creating positive change and improving lives through practical community-centered interventions.
