Curfew Extended in Kpatinga and Environs

The Ghanaian government has announced the extension of the curfew imposed on Kpatinga and its surrounding areas in the Northern Region. The decision comes in response to ongoing security challenges in the region.  

The curfew, which now runs from 12midnight to 4am starting on 4th October, 2024 daily, was renewed following a recommendation by the Northern Regional Security Council. The government continues to urge residents to cooperate with the security forces and refrain from any activities that could disrupt the peace.  

The extension of the curfew is part of the government's ongoing efforts to maintain law and order in the region.
