Nigerian media mogul and former presidential candidate, Chief Dele Momodu, joined his Ghanaian protégé, politician and businessman Ian-Calvin Gavivina Okudzeto, at the residence of the late former Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama for the 13th commemorative Adua.

The solemn gathering brought together family members, political figures, and dignitaries from both Ghana and Nigeria to honor the enduring legacy of former Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama. Chief Momodu’s presence underscored his long-standing relationship with Ghana and his respect for leaders who have contributed significantly to national development.

Ian-Calvin Gavivina Okudzeto, who has often acknowledged Chief Momodu as a mentor and influential figure in his political and entrepreneurial journey, accompanied him to pay their respects.

Okudzeto’s involvement in the ceremony also reaffirmed his commitment to sustaining relationships that bridge political, cultural, and generational lines.

The 13th Adua ceremony served not only as a remembrance of the late Vice President’s life and service but also as a reflection of unity among African leaders and emerging talents.
