Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings was the special guest of honor at the event. "When Konadu saw my spectacles, she made a compliment that 'I love your glasses'," Amefadzi recalled, still touched by the gesture.
Amefadzi attributed her loyalty and continued service in the party to Konadu's genuine interest in nurturing young leaders. "She had a way of making you feel valued and appreciated," Amefadzi said. "Her kindness and generosity inspired me to stay committed to the party and its ideals."
Amefadzi received the news of Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings' passing while attending a conference of District Chief Executives and District Coordinating Directors at The Palms by Eagle. She described the news as a shock and expressed her gratitude for the impact Konadu had on her life and career.
