Meet Ghanaian traditional music ensemble, Oboade

This is Oboade, a Ghanaian traditional music ensemble created by the Legendary Yacub Addy in Accra, Ghana in the year 1968.

This shot was taken at the University of Washington in Seattle, USA, the first of their three trips to the States from London, UK in the year 1973.

The team comprises of from left to right: Ismaila Addy, Yacub Addy, Obo Addy, Mustapha Tettey Addy and Thomas Annan.
