Gabrielle's natural inclination towards music led her to join the "Youth Ambassadors" choir, a pivotal step in her musical development. Mentors like Dr. Nuertey, McGyimah, and Deaconess Mama Frema nurtured her talent and instilled valuable lessons. Life's unpredictable course eventually led her to Nigeria, a seemingly ordinary move that would become a defining chapter in her life.
In Nigeria, a prophecy about her ministry surfaced at her guardian's church (Redeemed Christian Church of God). She was guided by Pastor Joel Oke and had the privilege of meeting Pastor Enoch Adeboye, who recognized her potential and generously offered her a full scholarship to the church's Bible Missions College.
The three years she spent at the college, including a practical mission year in Agbalama village, were both challenging and transformative. She credits this period with solidifying her faith and providing a strong foundation for her life and ministry. It was also where her musical gifts truly flourished.
Returning to Ghana, Gabrielle wholeheartedly embraced her calling, serving with various churches and leading crusades. Her musical ministry, characterized by powerful worship and praise, became a source of healing, miracles, and prophetic encounters for many.
But her path was not without its storms. She faced a period of homelessness and hardship, a deep trial that tested her faith. Yet, she held fast to God's promises. And in His perfect timing, "destiny helpers" appeared, providing support and helping her rebuild her ministry.
Out of this challenging period came the inspiration for her latest song, "Nyame Aye Me Show." Inspired by Psalm 23:5, which speaks of God preparing a table in the presence of enemies, the song is a powerful testament to God's faithfulness and a prophecy of future blessings. Gabrielle hopes it will resonate with others, encouraging them to persevere through their own trials and trust in God's abundant provision. The song is both a reflection of her personal journey and an anthem of hope for all, grounded in Psalm 23:5a and Psalm 126:2b.
Minstrel Gabrielle's commitment to music ministry is also a fulfillment of a promise she made to God as a young teenager after surviving a near-fatal accident. In that moment, she vowed to dedicate her life to serving Him, and her music is a beautiful expression of that sacred promise. She is passionate about using her gift to bless, inspire, and uplift others.
