Members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have been urged to keep up their efforts to rebuild the party despite the recent electoral setback.

To strengthen the party, they ought to take stock, refocus, and rebuild.

The call was issued by former NPP Chairman for the Afigya Kwabre South seat, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, who emphasized the importance of party members having faith that God was at work and incorporating their goals into His plans.

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency, he addressed the party members, "As one political party, we must trust that God is at work, weaving our aspirations into his plans; a future we may not yet see but filled with grace, hope, and purpose."

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah emphasized that the NPP was a powerful and formidable party that could bounce back from a loss, become stronger, and take on new challenges.

He said that even though the loss was unexpected, it was a reflection of what God might have planned for the party. Instead of giving up, he encouraged members to use the Christmas season to take stock of their actions, refocus, and figure out how they could work together to rebuild the party and make it stronger before the general elections in 2028.
