A motorbike has been handed to the Local Council of Churches by Dr Gideon Boako, the spokesperson for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the parliamentary candidate of the New Patriotic Party for the Tano North Constituency.
The donation was made during a council-organized peace walk and discussion at Duayaw Nkwanta on Saturday, November 16. Various community members, religious leaders, and political officials participated in the event, which aimed to foster peace and harmony ahead of the 2024 elections.
The council praised Dr. Boako's initiative and conveyed their appreciation for his assistance and interaction with local religious leaders. In his explanation of the donation's purpose, Dr Boako said the motorbike will help the Tano North Local Council of Churches efficiently conduct its operations within the constituency.
