The Finance Minister, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, has called on the residents of Ashanti to avoid casting their votes for former President John Mahama in the upcoming elections, citing his lack of experience in crisis management.
While participating in a health walk in the Bantama Constituency of the Ashanti Region, Dr. Adam emphasized that Mahama's inexperience in handling crises disqualifies him from returning to power.
He pointed out that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Mahama have never faced an economic crisis, which means they lack the necessary skills to address such challenges and find effective solutions.
“The NDC has never encountered a crisis, so John Mahama lacks the expertise to manage one. If you choose Mahama, Ghana will be trapped in a cycle of crises. He simply doesn’t have the know-how to combat economic turmoil,” he warned the attendees of the event.
Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam also encouraged the crowd to support Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, asserting that his presidency would lead to significant improvements in the quality of life for Ghanaians.
“When Dr. Bawumia takes office, you will notice a positive change in your standard of living. You will experience it in your daily lives, your finances, and your homes,” he stated passionately.
