The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is facing internal pressure after Hon. Adelaide Ntim, sister of National
Chairman Stephen Ayensu Ntim, publicly called for his temporary removal due to serious health issues.
She revealed in an interview that the family has formally written to the party, urging a leave of absence for Mr. Ntim to focus on recovery.
Although the letter has been submitted, General Secretary Justin Frimpong-Kodua has yet to respond.
The situation has raised concerns within party ranks, especially with Chairman Ntim’s low public visibility in recent months.
While elections are not near, the party is urged to act swiftly to avoid operational setbacks.
