- *Obuasi East*: Patrick Boakye Yiadom of the NPP won by just nine votes, securing 18,558 votes against Samuel Aboagye's 18,539 votes for the NDC.

- *Tema Central*: Charles Forson of the NPP emerged victorious with 18,870 votes, while Ebi Bright of the NDC received 18,815 votes.

- *Ahafo Ano North*: Eric Nana Agyemang-Prempeh of the NPP won with 20,353 votes, defeating Kwasi Adusei of the NDC, who garnered 20,232 votes.

- *Okaikwei Central*: Patrick Yaw Boamah of the NPP reclaimed the seat, overturning the previous declaration in favor of Abdulai Baba Sadiq of the NDC.

- *Ahafo Ano South West*: Elvis Osei Mensah Dapaah of the NPP secured 16,680 votes, while Sedik Abubakar of the NDC received 16,540 votes.

- *Techiman South*: Martin Kwaku Adjei-Mensah Korsah of the NPP retained his seat with 46,663 votes, outperforming Christopher Beyere Baasongti of the NDC, who garnered 43,429 votes .
