Shea Osei, a 33-year-old nail artist from Basildon, Essex, has spoken about her emotional experience of seeing her nail designs for Cynthia Erivo's character Elphaba in the Wicked movie on the big screen. Osei has known Erivo for 15 years and was thrilled to work alongside her to create the iconic nail looks for the film.

Osei revealed that she cried during the movie premiere, not just because of the emotional scenes, but also because she was checking her work, making sure that the nails were perfectly shaped and the ombré was flawless. She admitted to being hard on herself when it comes to her work, but was ultimately proud of what she had achieved.

The nail artist created over 35 sets of press-on nails for the film, each taking up to 90 minutes to complete.
