
President John Dramani Mahama has published the names of persons he has nominated as Deputy Ministers in several government departments. This announcement sparked debate among Ghanaians, with many voicing their thoughts on the selections.

Among the notable nominees are Justice Srem-Sai, who will serve as Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General, and John Dumelo, who will be Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture. Alhassan Sayibu Suhuyini has also been appointed Deputy Minister of Roads and Highways.

In addition, President Mahama has named Lydia Lamisi Akanvariba as Minister of State for Public Sector Reforms.
