Girlfriend of Prime Suspect in Nana Pooley's Murder Arrested for Aiding His Escape

The girlfriend of Daniel Febiri, also known as Braima, the prime suspect in the murder of Francis Yaw Frimpong, also known as Nana Pooley, has been arrested. Grace Siaw, the girlfriend, is accused of harboring Febiri and assisting him in fleeing to Senegal.

According to reports, Siaw allegedly helped Febiri escape to Senegal via Côte d'Ivoire between February 4 and 17. Her actions are believed to have hindered the police investigation into Nana Pooley's murder.

Nana Pooley, a devoted supporter of Asante Kotoko, was fatally stabbed in Nsoatre on February 2, 2025, following a match between Kotoko and Nsoatreman. His death has sparked widespread public concern and outrage.

The police have been investigating the murder, and Febiri is currently the prime suspect. However, his escape to Senegal has complicated the investigation, and the police are working to extradite him to face justice.
